History
WAAINS came into being when the professional paths of a father and son intersected. Bill Weber (father) had over 46 years of experience in the industry, including 33 years running his own successful independent insurance brokerage agency. Meanwhile, Michael, with over 16 years of service in the U.S. Army Special Forces, known as the “Green Berets,” faced the challenge of balancing his demanding deployment and training schedule with his role as a father and husband. Recognizing the need for a significant life change, Michael sought to create something that would leverage his past experiences and training while mitigating the drawbacks. Collaboratively, Bill and Michael capitalized on their shared core values and diverse backgrounds. WAAINS was born from the merger of extensive insurance subject matter expertise and the operational experience of a U.S. Special Operations Forces soldier. This fusion resulted in a highly dedicated and efficient company committed to surpassing competitors while steadfastly upholding its core values and service to its clients.
